Lord this was a tedious project. A lot of trial and error to get it right. I found a Patriotic letter image on Cricut Design Space that I wanted to incorporate on this Dollar Tree wood star I got in their Crafter's Square section. Took a couple tries till I got the perfect size for the lettering image. Each letter was done by hand. Before adding the vinyl letters I painted the star. I love the Primitive Patriotic look so I altered the basic blue acrylic paint by adding a drop of black paint. The painting for sure was the easiest part of the project. This makes a great tier tray accent.
