As promised here is my Holiday tier tray for 2019, up and running. I'm super happy how it turned out. I was shooting for traditional colors and the red and white color scheme surely pops. It was not a easy process. I'm extremely obsessive with everything being just right. Traits inherited by both a Mom and Dad who are perfectionists. I had to live with their severe analness(if that is even a word🤣) which I have inquired full blown. The older I get the worst I get. I was much more carefree in my younger years.
The tray is a combination of mostly Dollar tree items and thrift store finds. I especially love the little houses. They were so cheesy when I got them. White chalk paint did wonders to improve them. I incorporated one diy decor which was the distressed "Believe" sign. I made it with the tower game blocks from Dollar Tree. I stained the blocks in two colors and wet distressed it with white chalk paint to give it a rustic look. The Believe paper word I picked up at Micheals back in Spring, I sprayed it in red. One item on the tray that was a cool find was the sleigh ride sign. Walmart has these cheap 99 cent holiday stakes. When I saw this particular style I knew it would work so well with my tray. I carefully detached the small wood sign from stake. I made this tier tray so if you didn't see the post just feed down a few. I listed instructions and
the materials I used. So if I was to tally how much this entire project cost me I would have to say a whopping $15. Being sarcastic on the whopping. Hope you like the tray as much as I do. My cat loves it too🤣
