Joined the bandwagon and took a shot at creating a Halloween book stack using the Dollar Tree wood crates. Book stacks are all to familiar to me since that is one of our number one items on Etsy. I think I like painting my stacks over these wood crates for sure. It's a tricky process and a steady hand is key. Patience too, which I so lack. I'm not going to go in great detail how I created this. It's a simple process of painting it and then decorating it to your liking. The cute witch hat is from Dollar Tree. It was a pick that came in a three pack. I own tons of ribbon but wasn't satisfied with any of them so I created my own ribbon using two styles of ribbon from Dollar Tree and Micheal's. As for the broomstick I honesty can't remember where the heck I got it. A forgotten craft item that has been collecting dust in my craft closet. We all can relate. I added a cute orange jute bow to spruce it up a little. For the lettering I used my Cricut machine. If you don't own one take a visit to your local craft store or Walmart and pick up some letter stickers. These crates are great for people who do not have access to cut wood or a handyman🤣. Great to decorate for any holiday, season or everyday decor. Perfect displayed on a mantle, shelf or buffet side table. Happy crafting!
